Comments and sign-in

Signing in with ChatGPT identifies your account to the site. The application uses a site-specific user ID to associate comments and votes with you. The sign-in service also forwards email information, used to check the owner’s access, but email addresses are never displayed in comments.

Your chosen display name, comments, replies and their dates are visible to the site’s readers. Vote totals are visible; the list of who voted is not public. You can remove your own comments or click your selected vote again to withdraw it. Milan can remove comments for moderation. Do not post private, confidential or sensitive personal information. To request removal of your remaining account-linked data, use the contact form.

The prompt builder

An email address is required to unlock prompt generation. This is a simple email gate: we do not verify that you own the address, and it does not create an account. Your audience brief is sent securely to this site’s server to assemble the prompt; it is not stored in our database or sent to an AI provider. We record the email you submit and first and latest use dates to manage resource access. A secure access cookie keeps the builder unlocked for seven days on this browser or until you choose “Use another email”. These records are available only to Milan, reviewed after 24 months, and can be removed on request. Resource access does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Optional saved entries remain on your device as described in the cookie policy. When you paste a prompt into another AI service, that service’s terms and privacy arrangements apply.

Membership announcements

If you choose “Get notified”, we store your email, signup time and your consent to receive CreatorTech membership announcements. This list is separate from the newsletter and resource-access emails. Signing up does not add you to either of those lists. We keep membership signup records until you withdraw consent, or review and remove inactive records after 24 months. To withdraw consent before announcements begin, use the contact form below. Email sending is not connected yet; each announcement will include an unsubscribe option once sending is enabled.

Email choices

Newsletter signup is optional and separate from using the free resource or commenting. The signup stores your request to receive emails. No email service is connected to this version. Before sending newsletters, we will identify that service in this notice and include a working unsubscribe link in each email. You can withdraw consent now using the form below.

Services that handle data

ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure provide hosting, access controls, database storage and uploaded-file storage. We do not sell personal data or add advertising pixels or social-media embeds.

Service providers may process data outside the UK. Provider terms and applicable transfer safeguards need to be confirmed for a public launch. See the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy for their processing information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or receive a portable copy of your data, restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to confirm your identity and will normally respond within one month, subject to the rules for complex requests.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting us first may help resolve a concern, but is not a condition of complaining.

Contact Milan about privacy

This form records your request in the owner’s private studio. It does not subscribe you to emails. For a request about comments, include the article and comment date or text so the relevant records can be found.
