Data deletion instructions

You can remove your data from CreatorTech Conversations at any time.

Disconnect Instagram

• Sign in, go to Settings → Instagram and tap Disconnect. We stop receiving your messages and delete your access token straight away.
• You can also remove access from Instagram itself: on instagram.com go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove CreatorTech Conversations.

Delete everything

Email milandhanjeebusiness@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will delete your account, connected Instagram data, conversations, imported messages and settings within 30 days and confirm by email. Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose.

If you messaged one of our customers

If you sent a DM or comment to an Instagram account that uses this service and want it deleted, email us with your Instagram username and the account you messaged, and we will remove it.
