What counts as a conversation?
Each person your employees message in a calendar month counts once, however many messages you exchange. Someone who comments three times and chats for a week is one conversation.
What's the difference between Base and the Setter plans?
Base sends your own set messages: the DM when someone comments a keyword, your freebie with a button, and public replies under comments, plus your store. The Setter plans add the AI setter, which chats in your voice, answers questions, asks your qualifying questions and sends your booking link to good fits.
What's an AI message?
A message written by the AI setter: qualifying chats, follow-ups and answers to questions in your comments. Set messages (your own wording) never use AI messages.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. If you run out of AI messages, set messages keep going and the AI setter pauses until the 1st. If you run out of conversations, people you're already talking to still get replies, and new people wait until the 1st. You can upgrade at any time.
What does the store cost?
Nothing extra: 0% transaction fees. You only pay Stripe's own card fees, and payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Free products (for an email) cost nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. See the refund policy for details.
