1. Image uploads

PlanImages per projectMaximum saved size per image
Free32 MB
Basic55 MB
Pro825 MB
Premium20100 MB

These counts include uploaded reference images and images included in outputs. Generated artwork does not count as an upload, but still uses storage. Limits apply across the project's upload controls. Delete an uploaded image to make room; removing its selection alone does not delete the stored file.

Images are downscaled or re-encoded only when needed to meet the saved-size limit. When processed, only the smaller copy is stored; the full-size original is not retained. Keep your own original. PNG and JPEG uploads are supported in Image Generator; video uploads are not supported. Large files may first be reduced in your browser. The server independently enforces the plan limit and accepts a maximum 100 MB request. Server resizing is limited to 24 megapixels; unsupported or unprocessable files are rejected with an error. MB means 1,000,000 bytes.

2. Storage and retention

Default total private storage per account is 100 MB on Free, 1 GB on Basic, 3 GB on Pro and 10 GB on Premium. Your workspace shows your assigned allowance. Storage is shared across projects and includes stored uploads, generated assets and logos; creating another project does not increase it. Both the per-project image count and account storage limit apply.

Free uploads expire after 30 days. Eligible paid-tier uploads expire 60 days after paid access ends. Deleting a project, reusing an image or changing its labels does not restart retention. See the full retention schedule. These revised image-size limits apply to new uploads; existing files are not automatically rewritten.

3. Usage and misuse

Digital products

Free accounts can complete one document or spreadsheet product in each rolling 14-day period, measured from successful completion. Free documents contain at most 3 pages; Free trackers contain one sheet with at most 20 rows and 6 columns. Free offers checklists, worksheets and trackers with text and tables only: no generated images, illustrations or charts. Free products have no in-site revisions. PDF and Word downloads of the same document count as one product; repeat downloads do not consume another output. Editable files can be changed in your own software.

Basic permits up to 10 pages or 3 sheets, Pro 25 pages or 6 sheets, and Premium 40 pages or 10 sheets. Maximum spreadsheet rows and columns per sheet are Basic 30 × 8, Pro 40 × 10 and Premium 50 × 12. Text lengths and file sizes are also bounded. Basic products permit 2 revisions, Pro 4 and Premium 10; revisions use the same credits as generation. Products created on Free remain non-revisable. Initial file templates use text and tables; generated artwork is not included.

Document generation costs 1 shared credit per block of up to 3 reviewed pages; spreadsheet generation costs 1 per reviewed sheet. The outline is prepared without an AI call. Successful products start the Free account cooldown even if the files or project are subsequently deleted; changing the file type, device, project or subscription does not restart it. Do not create additional accounts to evade limits. A privacy-preserving hashed account identifier and next-available timestamp enforce the restriction, including after account deletion, until the cooldown ends. Failed generations do not consume a completed output or revision and refund reserved credits; up to 3 Free or 12 paid attempts per UTC day and a site-wide 30-attempt cap still apply. Owner credit exemptions do not bypass Free output limits. All files use private account storage and normal generated-file retention.

Reel Storyboard

One initial six-scene storyboard per project, followed by up to 1 revision on Free, 2 on Basic, 4 on Pro and 10 on Premium. A revision uses your saved scene comments and current Reel script. Initial generation and every revision cost 3 shared credits each, including scene text and black-and-white sketches. Updating a single scene image also costs 3 credits and uses one revision. Image-only updates preserve all text and every other image; full revisions apply only to commented scenes. Failed attempts restore reserved credits and do not consume a revision. A site-wide cap of 20 storyboard attempts per UTC day also applies, including owner attempts; failed attempts can count towards this cap.

Revision limits are cumulative per project, not daily. Saving comments, editing or restoring the script, deleting generated images and changing plans do not reset completed revisions. The current plan maximum applies; owners have no member-credit deduction but the same plan revision and site attempt limits. Do not duplicate projects or accounts to evade revision limits. Storyboard images use account storage and the generated-asset retention rules. Sketches are illustrative filming guides; automated Reel video generation is not included.

Blog and social drafts

Blog generation costs 1 shared credit. Opting in to social drafts adds 1 credit per missing format: 2 credits total with one draft, or 3 with both a carousel and static-post draft. Existing project content of either format suppresses that draft; rejected or posted content still counts. The site chooses 2 images up to your plan maximum for a new carousel draft. This bundled text-generation price does not include AI artwork. Review and edit the saved copy before creating images. Failed generations restore reserved credits. Owner member-credit exemptions apply.

Carousel generations

Choose at least 2 images. Maximums are 4 on Free, 7 on Basic, 12 on Pro and 20 on Premium. These are generated carousel lengths, separate from uploaded reference-image limits.

Each block of up to four images uses 1 credit for carousel scripting and 2 credits for carousel generation. Each stage and regeneration is charged separately; failed generations refund their reserved credits. The selected count and credit cost are shown before generation. Owner credit exemptions remain in place. Ordinary carousel export renders the approved copy and layout; it does not generate a separate AI artwork for every slide. Any separately requested AI artwork retains its own displayed cost.

My Workspace, including brand and audience management, the asset manager and project management pages, is available to signed-in Free, Basic, Pro and Premium members. Each plan retains its storage, upload, generation and retention limits. Ending paid access returns the account to Free allowances; retention rules still apply.

Project image uploads are limited to 40 attempts per account per UTC day. Failed attempts can count. Deleting files does not reset that daily allowance. Generation credits and tool-specific limits shown in the service also apply; upload capacity does not provide extra generations.

Use storage for your CreatorTech content workflow, not bulk file hosting, backups or redistribution. Do not share accounts, create multiple accounts, manipulate requests or network identity, or automate repeated uploads or generations to bypass limits. We may reject requests or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, following the explanation and review process in our Terms and Conditions. Contact us through the contact form if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
