The SendPulse team offers an integration of chatbots in messengers using ChatGPT technology from Open AI. With this integration, users can create an AI chatbot that generates answers to questions using a neural network. This chatbot can simulate a human manager and provide automated responses to users. The chatbot is available for Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Additionally, users can combine premade chatbot flows with AI. No coding skills are required. When the manager joins the chat, the AI chatbot will pause to allow the manager to consult. To use the chatbot, users need to sign up for Open AI, create a SendPulse account, and enter the Open AI key in their chatbot settings.
